We invite you, your family, and friends to join us for a candle light Himalayan Buffet with Indian Music and Dance.

The Himalayan Center will celebrate the *’Festival of Lights’*. We will have candle lights and everyone will honor their love ones in the war by placing a lit candle on the labryant outside on the grounds for Peace on earth.

Through the month of October, until the Festival of Lights, trained healing massage therapist Dana Cowan is offering a Himalayan Healing Touch Massage, using different blends of Himalayan Massage oils for:

Kapha: balancing Low Metabolism
Pitta: balancing Moody Aggression
Vata: balancing Restlessness
Dhyana: enhancing Meditation

The ‘Enlightenscents‘ massage (oils) emmollients are formulated by Sant Dharamananda, a former Senior Microbiologist with 10 years experience at Aveda. The Himalayan aromatic essential oils are blended with grape seed and coconut oils. Most of the rejuvenation formulations are designed for enhancing the micro frequencies of the chakras along the spine, removing stress to the feet, lower back, neck, shoulders and head. Hot stones are used for those who have more tensions and aches.

A donation of *$45 - $55* for a one hour wellness massage is suggested for the experience. If you require more time you can request that in your reservation.
